Bloomberg Television consulted political strategist and Resolute EVP Raul Alvillar for his expert insight on Speaker Kevin McCarthy’s meeting with Taiwan’s President Tsai Ing-wen.

During Bloomberg’s “Balance of Power” segment, Raul emphasized the need to forge a strong relationship with Taiwan as an ally to the U.S., including preparing for future visits to the island. He also highlighted that geopolitical issues usually rank high on the priority list for any White House and most likely the Biden Administration.
