Sharply perceptive of the Illinois / Chicago ecosystem, he understands the dynamics guiding decision making at all levels of government. For over a decade, he’s been at the forefront of many of the most impactful and complex public policy, legislative, land use and infrastructure issues in Chicago, leveraging his abilities to educate and persuade internal and external stakeholders while implementing customized strategies to secure client success.

At Resolute, Adam plays a key role for Resolute’s many Chicago, Illinois and Midwestern-based clients including Sterling Bay’s Lincoln Yards development, The Invert, Republic Services, the Illinois Beverage Association and Gary/Chicago International Airport.
Prior to joining Resolute, Adam served in leadership positions in Chicago’s two of Chicago’s most important wards where he managed key portfolios including legislative and governmental relations, economic development, land use and public policy engagements. He also has substantial political campaign experience, having worked on multiple national, state, regional and local campaigns over the years.
