Pragmatic, insightful and a proven problem-solver, Adam is a respected strategist who has served in key leadership roles in two of the most prominent legislative districts on the Chicago City Council and is a veteran of numerous political campaigns on the state and local level.
Adam is recognized for his ability to navigate complicated, often contentious, legislative, policy, fiscal and economic development issues and implement a coherent strategy to educate and persuade both internal and external stakeholders.
Adam plays a key role in client work including Sterling Bay’s Lincoln Yards development and Gary/Chicago International Airport.
At Resolute, Adam brings over 15 years of experience in government and public affairs to our clients, with a keen focus on strategic planning, community engagement, legislative affairs and political management.
Prior to joining Resolute, Adam was Chief of Staff in Chicago’s 43rd Ward, where he managed key sectors such as economic development, land use planning, fiscal and public policy and stakeholder engagement.
He also served in a key management role in downtown Chicago’s 42nd Ward, a district that represents the heart of Chicago’s economy and oversaw the key sectors of external affairs, infrastructure and transportation.
He’s a member of the City Club of Chicago and the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.
