David Keith started his career in electoral politics as an intern for a local state representative at age 17 in Union County, New Jersey. As luck would have it, two weeks into the job, his boss was forced to resign, and a special election ensued. From that day on, David was hooked on politics.

Throughout his college career David worked his summer breaks as a political operative in and around Democratic politics. Ultimately, David left school after his junior year to pursue a congressional race. After a primary, runoff, and general elections, the campaign was victorious. Before returning to Vassar to complete his undergraduate degree, David served as Presidential Inaugural Ball Coordinator for President Obama’s Presidential Inaugural Committee.

For the next ten years, David served as a campaign manager and political consultant for high profile state level and federal races throughout the country. Spearheading the groundbreaking elections of California State Majority leader Eloise Reyes and later the insurgent, victorious campaign of Jimmy Gomez for Congress, David earned The San Bernardino Sun’s “30 Under 30” recognition.

Notably, David created and executed a nationally recognized effort to force Speaker Paul Ryan into retirement. His work has been recognized for its use of viral advertising and grassroots fundraising. From Senate campaigns to local council elections, David focuses on building campaign plans to fit the client’s needs, often looking to challenge the status quo.

David brings tenacity and both domestic and international campaign experience to Resolute as a Senior Advisor who will be leading issue advocacy campaigns on the East Coast. David is also launching Relentless Campaigns, which is a new political venture focused on providing clients with an affordable, focused approach to delivering a message and winning races.

David is a graduate of Vassar College and is currently pursuing his master’s in business. He lives in Jersey City, NJ with his wife, Nashelly, and their dog, Matteo.
