As an Assistant Account Executive, Emma is a key contributor to Resolute’s teams of public service professionals, serving a critical role within our client service teams by providing her strong research, writing and organizational skills  to support our client engagements.

Emma has previous experience with the Wisconsin General Assembly, and her background in public policy has allowed her to develop exceptional research and analytical skills.  This has provided Emma with substantive insight into the legislative policy process, having assisted in legislation pertaining to the abolition of qualified immunity.

Further, she continues to hone her skills in strategic communications and stakeholder engagement, having curated social media content tailored to specific audiences and direct stakeholder engagement.

Emma attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she received a B.A. in Political Science, as well as minors in both Public Policy and Environmental Studies.
