Nora supports clients for both Resolute Public Affairs and Resolute-DC, with a particular focus on the D.C. ecosystem. Her responsibilities include in-depth research, event support and programmatic execution.
Nora comes to Resolute after working in the U.S. House of Representatives as an Intern for Congressman Joaquin Castro (D-TX-20), where she supported daily communications assignments in the office and compiled research on Latinx representation in the media. She also served as an intern for the National Endowment for the Humanities.
Nora holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy at the University of Virginia, where she also received a B.A. with Distinction in Government with a minor in Spanish. While in graduate school, Nora worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for undergraduate policy courses and as a consultant in the Writing Center. She is proficient in both written and spoken Spanish.
