Innovative Communications Strategist Ximena N. Beltran Quan Kiu Joins Resolute

Ximena N. Beltran Quan Kiu joins Resolute as an Executive Vice President. She is a leading strategic communications professional specializing in brand reputation, storytelling, crisis communication and community building.

Prior to joining Resolute, Ximena worked on McDonald’s Brand Trust Communication Team leading the national campaign for the recently launched 1 in 8 initiative, which celebrates the deep bench of talent at the Golden Arches.

She was also in the role of director of digital strategy for Mayor Lori E. Lightfoot and the City of Chicago, focused on COVID relief and economic development.

Ximena worked on the 2020 Democratic National Convention as director of special projects for the Office of Public Engagement, deputy director of Spanish/Latino media for the Biden-Harris 2020 Presidential campaign and then on the Biden-Harris transition team overseeing the nomination process for the National Security and Foreign Policy cabinet nominees.

Ximena’s political, national and international brand work make her a sought-after communication consultant leading high-stake teams working under tight deadlines.
